Assistant Operations Manager - Tasks

Task #1

  1. You are working in a property agency, create an example spreadsheet that could be used to monitor who was in each property and include any information you think would be important for a tracker.
  2. Write a sample email to the tenant of Flat 14 letting them know that there will be a routine inspection on Friday 16th September at 12pm.
  3. The tenants have informed us that the washing machine is no longer working. Write a sample email to the property owner.
  4. A tenant has messaged over the weekend to say that their roof has been damaged in a storm and is now leaking badly into the bathroom. Make a list of actions you would take in order of priority.
  5. We have taken over management of a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom flat in NW1 7NE. Using the images below, write a sample advert for the flat to go on sites like Spare Room and OpenRent.
  6. The company director has booked an appointment to view a potential new property – write down what information you would include in the Google Calendar appointment.
